The patriarch of the Russian Orthodox Church, Alexei II, has died. It would be an act of Christian charity to pray for the repose of his soul, and also for the Church he headed.

I had my issues with Alexei but I will definitely pray for his soul and for the future of the Faith in Russia. Things could get very bumpy at this point, so I encourage everyone else to remember our Russian brethren in their own prayers.
