Not in my review. I didn't find it offensive in the least. Ultron presented himself as a false messiah. Naturally, he'd say things mocking the Church. I actually found it interesting in a way and wondered if Whedon somehow conceives of Tony Stark as a lapsed Catholic.
No mention of Ultron quoting Matthew 16:18 when he gazes upon the stash of vibranium?
